This event has always been a major crowd-puller; more than 25,000 people come every year. It has been estimated that 300-plus trade stands and over 8,000 vehicles are involved in this mega event. A change in name, has not affected the fun motto and spirit of the event. It would more or less have the same layout, share the same logo and business would progress with the same zeal and enthusiasm. The organizing crew, traders, sponsors and supporter would still be loyal and enthusiastic about the event as always.

One major attraction would be the launching of another impressive BIG VW in the year 2013. The booking for that vehicle would be commencing at this year’s Busfest. The display arena would become larger and would present a greater number of mobile displays and visual static. The new buildings would become fully operational and there would be free evening entertainment. There would be a crafts fair. All weekend there would be vehicle sales, trade stands, tuning workshop, syncro obstacle course, funfair, live music, entertainment for kids and BUSFESTIVAL cinema as well.
